Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Does Pendor really not have any troops with blunt weapons ?

Seriously, I've seen most of the troops in the mod and no troops have blunt weapons. That's what I do in every mod, create an army made of blunt weapon troops, preferably cavarly, and enslave every poor soul on the road. Are there really no troops with those weapons, or am I missing something ?
