I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. I did the freelancer thing until about level 10 in order to level up and make some money. My lord never let me take leave or leave his service (only go to reputation 10 with him). But anyways, i was captured after a defeat and escaped. Now I have my own band and wanted to some quests for Lord’s/ sign up as a mercenary, But whenever I talk to a lord/king there is no dialog option to for “is there any tasks I can do for you” or the join as a vassal/mercenary. Is this normal?
