Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Does anyone else have problems with the awoiaf mod?

Yesterday i was playing the mod and when i opened the game today i was greeted by me having no armor, no weapons, no horse and erased stats, The shops only have one article of clothing (every shop in every city).I downloaded it from the steam workshop, could that be the problem?

This is the second time this has happened.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
