Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [POP] No option to trade feifs, is there a way to edit it manually?

I just pledged myself to the King of Sarleon and got stuck with the shitiest of border villages that isnt even Sarleon culture. And now Im noticing that the option to trade feifs is also gone. Is there any way for me to edit it via exporting/importing a character or something?
