Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [Nova Aetas] Can you ... LOSE weight?

My character's been very physically active for five days ... since his conception. And he now has the Fat trait. I guess he couldn't control his own hunger and nom all the meat? Supposedly food variety stops this trait from appearing, but is it possible for me to get rid of such a trait? It's the middle ages for christ's sake, and I'm a lowborn dumbass, it can't be hard to lose a few kilos.

Can I lose weight?

Edit: I just became senile fuck off. What triggers this?

Edit2: I'm now unbelievably fat
