Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. what is that goddamn healer mod called?

Played a mod a while back were you could roleplay as a healer/doctor going from town to town and heal people for money, but I can't for the life of me recall what the name is. Does anyone know, so I can travel the world again, heal some people, and use the coins on butter?
