I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. When I pass a persuasion check with any lord to convince them to join my kingdom and get the chance to barter with them the "offer" option is greyed out. The bar that is usually green in the left corner of the offering box is red. No matter what I give them it doesn't change, I offered them 2 million denars, my entire inventory, and all 5 of my fiefs, the option was still greyed out.
