Question: Do lords kill each other?

I have been playing this game for like a week and halfway through my 3 playthrough (previous two were either killed by corrupted saves or I went too trigger happy on execute lords), I wonder do lords execute captured lords after a battle. So far I only notice that lords die from old age. Do they execute each other? If they don't is there a mod for it?
