i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Ending Battle Bug

I just helped my lord's army win a battle against the Battanians. We were basically reinforcements for a losing army. We won the battle, but it said I was taken captive by the Battanians, making me lose my followers, soldiers, and all my sumpter horses. Anyone else experience something similar?
