I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. I’ve reached 275 smithing and enabled the legendary smithing perk. I’ve created an enormous amount of weapons within my difficulty range and the best I’ve gotten was a sword comparable to my masterwork sword. Is legendary much better than masterwork? How can I tell the difference? I’ve searched for answers but keep finding posts from mid 2020 when the game was much different.
