Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Brand new player/first playthrough. What culture should I pick?

Not gonna lie, culturally I'm partial to Rome so Empire is very appealing to me, but I hear that Battania has the best perks? I'm not partial to Celtic culture, so Battania doesn't appeal to me as much, but I also want the most meta perks lol. Vlandia seems cool as well, as I hear they're based off of the Normans. I like the Normans.

Anyway HALP!
