"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Stuttering fix going from HDD to SSD

Just want to preface this by saying I had major stuttering in game(world map/menu/battlefield/etc) despite having way above the recommended specs. I searched through threads offering plenty of advice on how to better optimize, and while I'm sure those methods have helped others, did nothing for my issue. ZERO tweaking or performance options helped.

Until I transferred this game to an SSD. Absolutely gone. Hoping if someone has the same experience they could find this post. Keep drinking from skulls.
