Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. Are there any mods that turn the game into a traditional RPG?

Looking up the mods, it seems most aim to bring M&B's core big battle gameplay into other eras/universes (Star Wars, Tolkien, Japan etc), but I've always wanted to see the mechanics of this game applied to a party based RPG (stats, classes etc). Are there any mods that achieve this?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
