Founded own Kingdom after two hours.. help pls haha

I started playing again after like 4 years (this time on ps4). My fighting skills are decent I‘d say, but I forgot basically everything else that‘s important.

So I founded my own kingdom after two hours of playing. Do y‘all think I began an impossible mission?
Right now I‘m only at war with one faction (nords).

I would love to hear your opinion.
