Tactics to win any battle with aserai as southern empire

Make a elite cataphract force of 50 than charge them to their horse division. Elite cataphracts are superior in all ways. Then, charge the horses on to the pikeman and archers then charge the soldiers and arrows. Dont forget that these has to be mostly legionaries. Is it a strategically bad idea to execute mercenary forces?

I am playing am at war with Battania at the moment and trying to increase my relationships with them in order to take their castle and then declare my own kingdom. I want to have friendships so they dont attack when I finally do delcare. But atm my main source of income asides from loot is caravans, the battanians hired mercenary forces and they're destroying my caravans. Would it harm my relationships to execute these merc leaders just to get them out of the way? Would it damage relations with the battanians due to them being the overlords of the mercs? thanks

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
