im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Breweries are awful

Why do breweries never make me money? I don’t understand why they are such terrible workshops, the town I have one in currently has two villages giving it grain and the brewery is still in the negative? I just don’t understand why they are so bad.
