These are the reasons that made me permanently uninstall this mod RBM gives an "orderly" and technical feel to the battles, almost as if the soldiers were professional fencers in an arena. It's impressive, but: The AI tries too hard to maintain a duel logic or micro-positioning. We lose the dirty, chaotic, and brutal nature of real hand-to-hand combat. There are too many situations where troops fail to exploit their superior numbers or hesitate to "pile on" in the melee. I'm sorry, but after extensive research, I can confirm that battlefields are bound to quickly become chaotic, and that won't happen in a computer battle. The main problems I find: the Al's tactics in combat are always the same; each battle is exactly the same. The battles are really too easy because tier 6 units are invincible, and the Al can never have as many tier 6 units as the player. I've had a few play throughs as a Merc and lord of a few realms but now I want to create my own kingdom! Should I conquer a few low garrison castles or secede from a real? I'm currently a Merc for the western empire and the money is rolling in. I have a party of 120 thus far but I know that's not nearly enough to be successful, any help is appreciated 🫡
