A mod for Absolutism or Realistic Administration

So i am talking about a mod that would make it possible to make monarch take all the decisions. Because be it a desert culture or be it a northern culture, in the game they are both ruled with same admin. system. Which is not really realistic, like, is this Switzerland bro? What happens if i leave my own kingdom after proclaiming myself emperor with the banner?

i started my own kingdom but definitely jumped the gun, normally i play on easier difficulties but i'm trying out mostly vanilla bannerlord settings, and the constant war and low income is making it seige defence simulator, and i can only peace out with kingdoms for 2000+ gold so its draining my finances.

i want to abdicate and leave to maybe do a bit more levelling and making more money before trying again, but i already did the dragon banner stuff, so i'm not sure if it'll bug out or of the devs accounted for this

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
