Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How to maximize exp gain per battle?

If I want to maximize skill gain for my archery skill per battle, should I try to make 'multiple hits' by aiming for the body?

Or should I just aim for the head and gain archery skill? (is the exp gain the same?)

If you guys know any formula, please feel free to share the details!
