Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. How to guide lords into battling as vassal

I'm a vassal of the Sarranids. We have captured Narra, and it is currently under siege by the Khergs. Our entire army under the command of Emir Nuwas is right next to the city. And, what do you know, no one is moving in to help defend it.

We slightly outnumber them, and the city itself has a garrison of like 300. We have the advantage. We could crush them in a defensive battle, then go on to take Halmar and the surrounding castles as well.

Only problem is, Nuwas isn't doing that. And he won't listen to me. A few lords go to move in and join the battle, but are getting spooked and leave before joining.

Is there any way to get these silly cowards to actually join the battle?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
