Advice on what to do with extra influence before starting a kingdom?

I’m about to start my kingdom but I have thousands of influence and want to use it somehow before it all disappears when I leave this faction. Also, any quick way to get the 50 influence required to seek peace with another faction before monchugs army claps my cheeks?
