Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Advice on what to do with extra influence before starting a kingdom?

I’m about to start my kingdom but I have thousands of influence and want to use it somehow before it all disappears when I leave this faction. Also, any quick way to get the 50 influence required to seek peace with another faction before monchugs army claps my cheeks?
