I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. Those mfers are encountered the least, let alone used the least yet the have over 150 models. Rarely see two different faces and still see new ones I don’t recall seeing before (some use all color facepaint, primarily green but I’ve seen a couple blue, one pink and one looter doing blackface). I’m not sure why the looters got the most love when it comes to their unit facial features but my guess is it’s to simulate the diversity of the empire’s homeless people.
