Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why are the looters the most diverse Culture?

Those mfers are encountered the least, let alone used the least yet the have over 150 models. Rarely see two different faces and still see new ones I don’t recall seeing before (some use all color facepaint, primarily green but I’ve seen a couple blue, one pink and one looter doing blackface). I’m not sure why the looters got the most love when it comes to their unit facial features but my guess is it’s to simulate the diversity of the empire’s homeless people.
