Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Own kingdom question

I’ve recently started my own kingdom and have 8 clans under my banner, I got them when they were either poor or very poor, now that I have them I’ve given them all a castle each(that’s all I’ve taken so far) & they’re still all poor and can’t gather many troops is the best way to get them wealthier to gift them some gold to start?or is it just better to wait and conquer more fiefs for them?
