Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is it normal i always receive castles and towns?

In Warband, getting a castle or a city was a real challenge, sometimes your King would cuck you and wont give anything even if you started and won a siege. It felt unfair sometimes but also rewarding when i was given a fief.

In bannerlord, i just get them all. Even if i was busy helping peasant and not helping for the siege at all.

Might sound stupid but i dont like it, its too easy.

Does it have something to do with the game difficulty?

Im at a point where i give my fief away cause its too much management.
