Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. started getting back into the game and the shields are bothering me that they're ALL grimey. anyone have a working mod that fixes them?
