Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Solid Garrison?

I've been loading my one town up with high tier troops because i plan on going down the "Destroy the Empire" route as a vassal of Vlandia, and I couldn't be bothered with stopping Istiana every time Arzagos gives me a quest that makes me drop what i'm doing. I've seen people recommend the "show weakness and come with an army strat" but I would rather not lose my town or even just a few garrison troops to an army that i'm absolutely positive I can't defeat on my own or at least with a few recruited lords. Am i being too cautious in that regard?
