Question about armies

So as you guys know, when I started a game and also became a vassal to the Northern Empire the second we go to war like 4 armies pop up from our side to fight. The question I have is when I succeeded Lucon (on this game and a past game) whenever we go to war NO ONE creates an army. I was wondering if it was due to me being emperor or something else. I need some tactic suggestions.

Recently I realized how powerful even a simple tactic can be. I am focused mainly on infantry, with some decent archers and cavalry support. I engane with my infantry in a double-lined formation, while the archers are safely shooting from behind my infantry and my cavalry mainly attacks from behind when enemies are busy fighting my infantry.

That feels pretty basic, though. Can I ask You, guys, for some suggestions to better tactics? Both for attacking and defending, also both for field battles and sieges. Thanks!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
