Hi, ı am trying to understand dds files and models. But that thing is turning into Gandalf for no reason. I make a model and tried it, it works perfect with other dds but when ı put my own dds file it is GANDALF. I tried to dxdt1, dxt3,5,7 etc. I tried just rgb or rgbe, rgbs whatever. I tried using another programs to cretae a dds file but. I played with shaders and metarial flags on open brf. Nothing is working ı am trying to talk with ai about 10+ hour but none of them found a solution. I wouldn't say Bannerlord is one of my favorite games ever, but I was just randomly thinking about games today, and was reflecting on my most recent playthroughs earlier this year where I created my own faction from scratch and eventually conquered the entire map on bannerlord difficulty. I play a lot of games, and I gotta say, conquering the map in Bannerlord was one of the most rewarding feelings I've had in gaming in the last few years.
It took a lot of time, patience, tactics, decision making, and general game knowledge. It really felt like I grew from a nobody, into a battle hardened veteran, and eventually into this scheming mob boss / king who had a stranglehold on the world. It was a very cool feeling.
Despite the bugs and other flaws and warts of the game, I think bannerlord nails the feeling of going from a nobody to ruler of the world better than maybe any other game I have played.
