Diplomacy & Intrigue

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a small update on my Bannerlord mod, Diplomacy & Intrigue.
I’ve been working on this political overhaul for a while, mainly trying to make diplomacy, wars and internal kingdom politics feel a bit more meaningful.
It adds things like war reasons, treaties, tribute, grievances, loyalty, civil wars and espionage. The AI uses the same systems as the player as well.
I’ve also tested the current version on the 1.5 Beta and fixed the compatibility issues with War Sails, so it should work with the current beta.
It’s still a work in progress, but if you’re interested in a more dynamic political system in Bannerlord, feel free to give it a try.

Detailed Mariner Unit Analysis/Tier List for Campaign

TL;DR Tier List. These are my personal notes and I acknowledge it is just my opinion, just posted to hopefully help others S: Imperial Naute A: Battanian Skipari, Vlandian Nauta, Nord Huscarl, B: Sturgian Reaver, Nord Berserkr, Aserai Bahriyyah, C: Corsair Chief, Nord Skjaldbrestir, Nord Chosen of the Sky-God, Sea Raider Chief D: Various Convoy Guards, Nord Ulfhedinn, F: Nord Youngling Testing is done in actual campaign as well as using custom battles and the Retinue mod to look directly at stats/equipment. General Observations: Shields are required, otherwise you get shredded by ranged attacks. Skills and ship upgrades can boost shield health massively, with some like the Nord Decorated Shield crossing 2,000 hp! I've seen Huscarls with 20+ Javelins in their unbroken shield at the end of a battle. I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla.
