Pendor help

Hi guys

I'm playing Pendor and have hit a point where I can't really get anywhere. I have my own kingdom, mostly from Fierdsvain, D'Shar and Ravenstern towns and castle's. The only kingdoms remaining are the Empire, Sarleon and Ravenstern (the got one town and two castles remaining)

Now to my problem, I can't get any lords to defect to me, and I'm stuck in a war with all the other factions, some times it's just one and some times they all declare war together on me.

I need your help to proceed.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
