There are only two pages of Banners? (AWOIAF 1.2)

Is this a bug or was this intentionally put into the game? I want to pick a House Stark banner but there is none.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
