Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. The only way this could've been better is if Monchug died instead of his companion. submitted by /u/Glorf_Warlock [link] [comments]

What if giving commands worked like this...

When commanding your troops in the field, what if there was an option for some sort of command view where the game pauses and the camera changes to an overhead view where you can see the map and issue movement and formation units to your units?

I find that with the current style of commands it's hard to get movement just right. For example getting archers to position correctly on a specific hill, and melee to stand in front.

As a long time player I've always found the current commands kinda klunky but I've recently started using them a little more instead of randomly charging in like the degenerate I am.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
