Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. [Perisno] Feel very weak, not doing damage?

I have an army of Kingsman and Rangers (Tol and Eli) with some templar of faith cavalry. About 70 in total. I can take on most spawns that I've encountered bar eagles, faith and large heretics -

I'm about lvl 11. 100 days in.

The issue is - I do almost zero (negative even) damage on units. I'm guessing I have to be a much higher level to fight them? Similiar experience in Pendor but I can kill some things in Pendor. 102% difficulty. Everything on normal or good.

By no damage I mean literally "you have delivered zero damage" all day. I mainly use a 2h/1h sword on horseback.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
