Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Comrade challenge

Hello Comrade! I came up with this roleplay challenge when i realised you can use a sickle as a weapon in the game. This challenge uses cheats (but only a little). First you shall download TweakMB and change your max party size to at least 1000. Then you shall give yourself a sickle. Then the challenge starts. You are only allowed to use recruits as troops and you are not allowed to recruit any companions of noble blood.You are allowed to only use the military sickle or the normal sickle as a weapon. Also you are not allowed to have more money then you absolutly need and any excess money should be spent on food (you know why). All Lords and Kings are your enemies. You are not allowed to attack peasants or plunder villages you can however attack caravans as they are rich swines who are greedy and do not respect the hones labourer. Have fun Comrade!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
