Shokuho loading times

Hiya! Just started Shokuho! First impressions of the actual gameplay are very positive, but I'm finding it hard to get to it. It's obviously in need of some serious optimization. Seems like every time I visit a new area, I have to wait for a long time, sometimes many minutes, for "shader compiling." New Player- Picked up Warband Yesterday

LOVING it so far- getting used to not having my hand held and only having the first few quests for guidance. What would you guys encourage a new player to do? Where to go, what kingdoms to align with? Preferential skills? I'm pretty clueless but open to whatever you guys would recommend.

Also i tended to find yesterday i was struggling for money after a certain time and struggling to finds jobs i could actually complete to pay for my troops (Hunt down the bandits, find a bandit lair etc.) How do i get through these sort of quests?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
