Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. AWOIAF vs ACOK: Differences?

After playing native for around 2 hours, I installed AWOIAF. I've been playing it a few weeks but I made a lot of mistakes early on. I'm thinking of either starting a new playthrough with a totally different character build or trying a new mod. Downloaded ACOK the other day but not played it yet. Are there any notable differences that I should look out for? I.e, Does it have a similar wound system?
