How the hell do I use Horse Archers?

In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? Help managing my kingdom

So I have a pretty successful kingdom going rn, I control the entire north and a few capitals here and there while being at war with the nords and rodoks.

My question is how do y’all manage a kingdom? Right now it’s a shit ton of micromanaging to the point of me not attempting anymore. Everyday my people hate me more. I have a few -50+ in my kingdom. I’m constantly getting attacked, I can’t really siege because I get stomped if it’s over 150 troops (everything rn). Plus my vassals don’t do anything to help the kingdom. I’m kinda stuck rn

What are my options? Should I just remove everyone that hates me? Thus risking my entire kingdom falling?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
