Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Favorite weapon? (Native)

Probably my favorite weapon is the long war axe/long bardiche. I like them because they're good against shields, have high damage, good reach and I can switch between polearm or two handed depending on the situation. What are your guys favorite weapons?
