Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Whenever I started chopping heads to eliminate a faction, my honor goes -2. I dont really know what determines what. Like, switching sides on gang leadet quest should affect my honor. Killing enemy lords should make me cruel (vs merciful). Accepting duels with bandit should increase my Daring. Releasing lords after defeating them should be merciful.
Also, when bandits surrender and ask for "show what mercy you can", there should be an option to wheter slaughter them (-merciful) or spare them (+merciful) or take them as slaves (neutral).
Like, the whole system of traits is quite clustered to me.
