STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Turn clearings into unique workshops

It'd be cool if we get an option to turn the clearing into a workshop after you drive away the gangs. You get an option to either take over as a new gang leader or turn it into a workshops or unlock docks which opens up the option to trade via sea. Each choice will still have its pros and cons which I obviously haven't figured out yet.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
