Mod Help

Mod Help

I just downloaded my first Mod from NexusMods (eagle rising) I put it in the correct spot and made sure unblock the dll flie. However, after all that when i go to play the mod, I click the right boxes and then press play. It just loads the native game without the mod coming up. Can someone see what I am doing wrong here? Do i need to enable the sandbox or something else? Also, for the record I tried this with another mod, and got the same exact issue so obviously I am doing something wrong here. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
