Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. (Bannerlord) Convincing lords to join my kingdom, financial support?

So I've actually managed to persuade three lords to join my kingdom, but at the end they all ask for financial support and the bar isn't even 1/4 filled when I put in ALL my money and items, which is 400k or so. What do I have to do exactly, except get filthy rich?
