Ok, how the fuck is trait levelling not fixed yet?

1.4.2020 - Players find out the traits (like honor, mercy, calculating) are given to the questgiver instead of player.

25.12.2020 - Community Support finally informed developers about this bug.

16.2.2021 - Community Support informed us about trait leveling being fixed in upcoming patches.

29.3.2021 - Year since this bug was found, still not fixed...

How did it take moders only few days to create mod that fixes this problem, but developers couldn't do it in a year?
