Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Weird Graphical Bug

Weird Graphical Bug

Basically, when I load into a combat map (field battle or tournament. Haven't tested in sieges) the map will just turn green sometimes. I have tested it a bit and found that it only happens on snow maps, or at least doesn't happen in desert maps such as the ones in Aserai. I always run the game on very high graphics but when I turn the graphics down to very low, it doesn't happen at all. Another thing is when I go into first person and look straight up, the green disappears only to reappear a couple of seconds later. I don't know what causes it or how to fix it. If any other info is needed I'll try my best to provide

Specs:

OS - Windows 7

CPU - AMD FX 6350

GPU - Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti

RAM - DDR3 16GB

Below are all of the mods I use and their load order. I tested with the mods loaded and unloaded and the bug happened either way so I doubt it's the mods.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
