Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Do dual weapons benefit from one handed/two handed perks?

So if I have a sword or spear that can alternate between both modes are certain perks active depending on the one used? For example theres a one handed perk 'duelist' that makes you do 20 percent more damage if you are using a 1h weapon without a shield. So if I used a polearm that was one handed use would I receive the benefit of both trees perks/level exp with both?
