Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. It’s crazy how Diplomacy & Improved Garrison makes the game much more bearable. It should be integrated into the base game. It’s that good.

The barebones castle customization and diplomacy is just so pathetic. I don’t understand how the devs can be satisfied with it.
