Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. i dont feel like that the end is... Enjoyable.

Everyone going to war with you and then you eventually destroy them and conquer the world is kindof... meh

it doesnt feel epic but stressfull and annoying. Only choice is to fight 3 super powers.
