How do I get my Khuzait Quanglis to stop dying in sieges?

They are always the troop i lose most during any type of siege and it’s annoying cause they are the one i don’t want to deal with (i’m in vlandia so i make trips to stock up on them)

is their a way to prioritize what troops are in my sieges? i’d rather lose all my infantry than 5 horse archers just cause it’s easier to stock up on infantry.
