Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Question about factions

I thought that I saw something about the factions splitting up when they don’t have any castles or fiefs but I’ve been fighting the western empire for two years now. Was it a mod that I saw and if so could someone please let me know?
