Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Shield Maiden as troop

I remember seeing on youtube some troops (not companions) that were shield maidens. I can't find the video sadly.

Anyone knows a mod that adds shield maiden? Any pointer is welcomed. Thanks!
